A bit about the job:
You will join our Share Schemes team at a pivotal time, helping deliver a wide range of UK and global employee share plans, supporting lifecycle events such as grants, releases and maturities across our all-employee, discretionary and asset-manager incentive plans. In this role, you’ll work closely with our third-party partners, ensuring our plans operate smoothly and employees receive an excellent experience. This role is central to fostering employee ownership, motivating our people, and supporting Aviva’s strategy through effective reward delivery.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Issuer experience administering share schemes (such as SAYE, SIP, or Discretionary plans) for a listed company, with strong understanding of plan rules, legislation and regulatory requirements (Tapestry ICSA CERT ESP and EquatePlus experience desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong Excel knowledge and general computer literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- A natural curiosity to identify improvements and challenge the status quo.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between £70,000 and £90,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity: 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
