A bit about the job:
You'll join the Product Governance Programme within the Wealth & Advice business, a team focused on resolving risk events and ensuring fair outcomes for customers and shareholders. This role exists to manage the end‐to‐end delivery of risk event projects, ensuring they meet Aviva's Risk Event Framework and deliver the right customer outcomes.
You'll lead a range of projects, including medium to high complexity deliveries, often working with third‐party suppliers and internal teams. You'll be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, with robust governance, clear reporting, and solutions that are fit for purpose and sustainable over the long term.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven track record of delivering projects or change initiatives end‐to‐end
- Strong experience within financial services (ideally Life & Pensions)
- Ability to manage complexity, including risk events and third‐party suppliers
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Professional project management accreditation (desirable, not essential)
