Whether it’s optimising key processes, managing relationships with strategic partners, launching innovative new products, or onboarding clients seamlessly, every project is an opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation at scale.

A bit about the role: Aviva Investors partners with a number of key suppliers to deliver outsourced operations, and this role plays a critical part in overseeing these relationships while supporting a varied programme of change. The successful candidate will work closely with internal investment and operational teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure high service standards are maintained for clients alongside robust risk and control management. Responsibilities also include resolving transaction and reporting issues for Private Market assets, prioritising stakeholder queries, and ensuring timely, professional communication. The role will contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the investment oversight team, developing subject matter expertise, and partnering with colleagues and providers to enhance operating models and drive efficiencies, particularly through automation and improved data flows across the Private Asset trade lifecycle.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Some exposure to Private Markets investments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities, plan effectively, and adapt resources to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of influencing decision-making at senior levels through clear communication and insight-driven contributions.
  • Knowledge of Private Market assets reporting and operational requirements, including working with outsourced service providers to deliver required outcomes.

  • Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.
  • Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
  • Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.
  • Make a difference, be part of our Aviva Communities and use your 3 annual volunteering days to help others.
