As Internal Communications Executive - Integration, you’ll play an important role delivering internal communications to support the integration of Direct Line to Aviva. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, organised and loves getting things done.

You’ll have experience in internal communications, corporate comms or a similar role. You’ll be helping us make sure we communicate to colleagues brilliantly with care and thoughtfulness to bring all teams along on this exciting journey.

A bit about the job:

  • You’ll report to a Senior Internal Communications Manager and work as part of a team dedicated to the Integration Internal Communications workstream.
  • You’ll be focused on the planning, coordination and execution of content, announcements and campaigns and be a helpful point of contact for colleagues who need comms support.
  • You’ll make sure content is clear, consistent and on brand, and pitch in whenever big moments come around.
  • You’ll be a brilliant team player, people person and a welcome addition to every room whilst making sure that the work you and the team do delivers a seamless transition, making sense for new colleagues and is tailored as necessary for all audiences.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in internal comms, corporate comms or a similar role.
  • Comfortable writing a brilliant story.
  • Experience in publishing content and managing channels (Workvivo, email, intranet or similar) with an exceptional eye for detail and high quality standards.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Able to build good relationships, work well with different teams and enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary circa £35,000-£40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus.
