A bit about the job: You’ll lead our Motor Pricing team and set the direction for how we build, run, and improve our pricing models. This role exists to make sure our pricing decisions are accurate, competitive, and grounded in strong model governance. You’ll join our General Insurance pricing community, working closely with leaders across underwriting, product, and risk. You’ll help your team deliver models and insights that drive commercial performance. And you’ll make sure our pricing approach stays ahead of market, regulatory, and industry trends.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership experience within pricing, actuarial or data‑led decision‑making.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models, governance and commercial performance drivers.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience leading specialist teams and developing technical talent.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and make clear, confident decisions.
