A bit about the job: Our Retail Pricing team helps us make better decisions for our customers and our business through data, analytics and technology. As a Motor Data Scientist, you'll use data to improve how we assess risk and price our products. You'll work with colleagues across pricing, underwriting and platform teams to develop and deliver analytical solutions. From exploring new ideas to supporting live pricing changes, you'll help turn data into meaningful outcomes. Your work will support better customer experiences and sustainable business growth.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience using SQL and Python to analyse data and generate insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple way.
  • Experience working collaboratively and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • A degree in a numerical subject, such as Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science, or equivalent experience.
