It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and take ownership of both BAU and project delivery within a collaborative team.

A bit about the job: Reporting to the Syndicate DA Service Manager, this role sits within the DA Hub and plays a key part in supporting both BAU activities and project delivery across Global Services. This is a varied and collaborative role, requiring proactive workload management and the ability to engage confidently across a wide stakeholder network.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Delegated Authority frameworks, including Lloyd’s principles, coverholder oversight, and regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA)
  • Experience conducting due diligence and managing onboarding or renewal processes for third-party partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risk, and make sound decisions, including when to escalate
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across senior and operational audiences
  • Familiarity with Lloyd’s systems such as ATLAS, DCOM, DAM, and Wordings Repository, with strong attention to detail

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Competitive starting salary (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
