You’ll coordinate investigations, site visits, and expert appointments to keep each claim moving smoothly. You’ll build strong relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring clear communication throughout every stage. You’ll use your technical judgement to make confident decisions, challenge costs, and identify fraud or recovery opportunities.
