Position Overview

Location: London (contractual location London; other locations will not be considered).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of regional new business and assets under management growth targets by building strong relationships with tier 1, 2, and 3 IFA/intermediary firms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North, Scotland, and Ireland regions.
  • Coordinate responses to client enquiries and act as a liaison between Sales and wider business teams.
  • Host client meetings, support follow‑up activity, and progress opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring client activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts are up to date.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations, sales materials, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events, including post‑event engagement and reporting.
  • Monitor prospective client activity and provide regular updates and insights to the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) – regulatory background checks required.
  • Experience in business development or relationship management within the wealth or investment sector is desirable.
  • Strong communication and client‑focussed skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client research tools such as Linked In and Fundpath.
  • Ability to operate within a fast‑evolving market and build trusted partnerships.
