Role Overview This Analyst, Sustainable Investments role is based in London and will support the development, positioning and evolution of the firm’s sustainable investment strategies across both public and private markets.
Responsibilities:
- Translate sustainability frameworks and market insights into investable strategies, scalable fund structures and differentiated product positioning.
- Contribute innovative ideas for sustainable investment strategies, fund enhancements and platform evolution in response to market trends and client demand.
- Work closely with investment, product and sustainability teams to design and develop new strategies, solutions and mandates, while enhancing and repositioning existing funds.
- Support the application of sustainability frameworks across the fund platform, ensuring alignment between sustainability approaches, portfolio construction and client propositions.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g. SDR, SFDR, ESMA) to assess implications for products, disclosures and fund positioning.
- Analyze portfolio characteristics, market trends and sustainability exposures to provide insight for product development and strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications:
- Experience within asset management, investment consulting, product strategy or sustainable investing.
- Degree education, with a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, IMC) or willingness to pursue one.
- Strong interest in investment product development, strategy, fund positioning and market trends; experience with private markets desirable.
- Understanding of sustainable investment trends, frameworks and evolving regulation; ability to assess implications for products and disclosures.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate market insights into practical product ideas and collaborate across teams.
- Commercially aware, proactive and intellectually curious; interest in identifying opportunities for product innovation, platform development and competitive differentiation.
