Aviva is hiring experienced Life Claims Assessors to join our team across Leatherhead, Bristol, Norwich, York and Sheffield. You’ll assess life, terminal illness and critical illness claims—from investigation to outcome—delivering difficult news with empathy and clarity.
You’ll guide customers through their claims journey and refer complex cases to specialists when needed. You’ll manage a portfolio across multiple systems, support vulnerable customers, and coach others.
