A bit about the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our underwriting team and help grow profitable business while delivering great outcomes for customers and brokers.

You'll assess and underwrite new business, making confident decisions within agreed authority levels.

Working closely with colleagues and partners, you'll build strong relationships a nd provide technical expertise to support customer needs.

You'll identify opportunities to im p rove pro cesses and services, helping us work more effectively as a team.

Through your expertise and decision-making, you'll support profitable growth while ensuring good customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience underwriting title insurance business and making sound risk-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, brokers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyse information and make decisions within agreed authority levels.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and customer outcomes.
  • Experience identifying improvements to processes, procedures or services.
