Solus, owned by Aviva, is seeking a Total Loss Desk Based Engineer on a fixed-term 12-month contract in Leeds. You will work with our Vehicle Damage Advisors to calculate total loss settlements, negotiate costs, and support customers who have experienced total loss of their vehicle.
With training, you will understand repair methodology, confirm total loss diagnoses, and use tools to calculate fair settlement costs while maintaining customer care and timely resolutions.
