We are recruiting an Investment Specialist to act as a conduit between the Private Markets Equity Investment Team and Distribution, representing our private markets equity capabilities to clients and driving commercial success across real estate, infrastructure, natural capital and venture capital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Portfolio Manager Proxy – work closely with investment teams to develop deep product knowledge and represent these to clients and Distribution as a product expert.
  • Shape and refine investment messaging, ensuring consistency across the product suite and supporting collateral.
  • Contribute to product strategy by leveraging client needs and market trends to inform and evolve the private markets equity offering.
  • Represent our key private markets equity capabilities to clients and help drive the commercial success of our platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in real‑estate investment, with a willingness to broaden expertise across other private‑markets capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentational skills.
  • Confident network and relationship building, both external and internal.
  • Regulatory threshold competence and approved, or willingness to work towards this.
  • Up‑to‑date regulatory knowledge; certified under the FCA/PRU SMCR regime.
