The successful candidate will ensure these funds remain aligned with their investment objectives, guidelines, and regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing the investment process and performance across all Public Market Strategies, preparing detailed updates for Boards and Committees on both internal and external Portfolio and Investment Managers. You will be responsible for managing investment oversight controls and risks, continuously refining an effective oversight model that ensures regulatory, sustainability, product, and investment objectives are met within a robust risk and control framework. Key responsibilities include determining the appropriate oversight strategy for Public Markets, governing outsourced providers, implementing regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and shaping internal manager oversight governance. The role also includes chairing the Private Markets Investment Oversight Committee and providing strategic leadership in the design and evolution of the investment oversight framework.
