A bit about the job: At Aviva Zero, we're creating digital insurance experiences that help customers make more sustainable choices. As Head of Product & Proposition, you'll shape the future of our products, journeys and customer experience. Working across Aviva, you'll bring together data, insight and innovation to deliver better outcomes for customers and stronger results for the business. You'll guide our product roadmap, drive continuous improvement and make sure we stay ahead of changing customer needs. Along the way, you'll help build a culture where people can do their best work and thrive.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Strong experience leading product, proposition or digital customer experience teams.
  • A track record of using customer insight and data to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer, business and regulatory needs.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing senior leaders across different teams.
  • Experience leading people and creating high-performing teams.
