Customer Service Expert – Starting salary: £26,700 plus additional benefits.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week.

Opening Hours Monday to Friday - 8am - 8pm Saturday - 8am - 6pm Sunday - 10am - 4pm 6 weeks rota basis, you will only work 1 and a half weekends in 6 weeks, for any weekend work you will get a day off in the week in lieu!

You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers – whether it’s through secure messaging, phone calls or Live Chat.

You’ll help them feel supported and confident in their journey with Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Great communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Live Chat and secure messaging.

  • Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.
