Please note this position is based in London and this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate, other locations cannot be considered.

Finance Oversight Analyst

This is a great job for someone who has relevant experience of real assets products alongside good awareness of commercial and financial practice.

A bit about the job:

This position plays a key role in providing leadership, oversight, and direction for the relationship with our outsourced service providers. It plays a crucial role in managing the support to the Private Markets business. The role involves accurately managing activities for new and existing lending/investment functions, ensuring transactions are handled within specified timelines by suppliers. You will also be partnering with outsource providers to deliver solutions for the benefit of Aviva Investors and our investors. You will also be actively involved in the onboarding process for new asset classes, accurately ensuring the proper functioning of the operating model. This will involve working closely with external suppliers and coordinating key supplier relationships. Additionally, you will proactively engage with new suppliers when there is a business need, ensuring the level of support meets requirements.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise plan and adapt to best use resources to meet deadlines for multiple deliverables.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage positive relationships with collaborators from both internal and external teams, regardless of their position or role.

Good knowledge & understanding of the asset management Industry, specifically in connection with private market assets.

Track record of successful influencing & relationship management skills.

Broad understanding of private market products & processes.
