A bit about the job:
As an Enterprise Architect, you'll work closely with business leaders to understand customer needs and shape the change portfolio over a 12-18 months horizon. You'll guide a team of Solution Designers, ensuring their work aligns with our architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps. Your role will be pivotal in governing IT solutions and running Technical Design Authorities (TDAs). You'll also build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders who will look to you for thought leadership and strategic direction.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering change portfolios that meet business goals and align with technology roadmaps
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly at all levels
- Strong leadership experience in architecture, with a track record of delivering complex programmes
- Skilled in influencing, storytelling, and navigating ambiguity within agile environments
What you'll get for this role:
- National salary circa £92,000, London salary circa £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
