We are currently recruiting for a Distribution Proposition Manager to join our Distribution Proposition Delivery team! A bit about the role:
In this role, you will lead the delivery of client‑focused and proposition initiatives, working collaboratively across Aviva Investors and with external partners. You’ll coordinate working groups, manage project plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on time. You will drive programmes aligned to our Consumer Duty strategy, improving consumer outcomes and delivering both strategic and tactical enhancements. Using strong analytical skills, you’ll assess our proposition against competitors, identify opportunities, and present insights clearly. You’ll also support the development of well‑structured business cases that articulate expected client and commercial benefits, along with the requirements to achieve them.
From discovery through to implementation, you will own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll manage scope, resources, quality, and timelines, producing high‑quality artefacts and materials to support decision‑making. Collaboration is essential. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to build engagement and ensure successful adoption of change across the business. Your ability to motivate, coordinate, and facilitate will be key to embedding initiatives effectively.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience managing multiple large‑scale projects and leading cross‑functional teams, with excellent organisational skills.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Experience within Asset Management (preferred).
- Strong communicator, able to simplify and articulate complex problems clearly.
- Ability to build trust and influence diverse teams and stakeholders through effective relationship management.
