This position is based in London and the contractual location of the successful candidate; other locations cannot be considered. We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our Infrastructure Equity team to oversee the performance and long‑term value creation of a diverse portfolio of private market investments across the UK and Europe. You will lead post‑acquisition investment management activities, represent the firm on portfolio company boards, and guide strategic decisions through to exit. You will take ownership of valuation processes, proactively identify asset risks and compliance considerations, and provide robust technical and commercial analysis to support governance. You will work with colleagues and stakeholders to drive asset optimisation strategies, contribute to reporting and business planning, and ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks. The role also offers mentoring of junior team members and collaboration with senior leaders to shape a high‑performing, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret complex commercial, contractual, and financial challenges.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Degree‑level education (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in European languages is advantageous.
