This role would suit someone who is energised by using data and insight to identify and articulate both new features and optimisation opportunities to increase and enhance the online capability within our authenticated customer digital environment.

A bit about the job: You’ll be part of the Aviva digital product team, playing a key role in owning, shaping, and delivering on an ambitious backlog of product enhancements. You’ll monitor, maintain, and enhance digital experiences which deliver sales and self-service value to millions of customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with a range of digital disciplines and delivery teams and will be accountable for the digital product change going live to customers. You’ll bring a strong data-driven mindset and be able to evidence business and customer benefits generated.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new features and customer journey optimisation opportunities.
  • Driving work items for development into product backlogs.
  • Supporting prioritisation decisions.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, designers, business stakeholders, and potentially external third parties, using analytic tools to understand and optimise user journeys for better customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in managing web or mobile digital journeys and delivering related product roadmaps or web-based applications.
  • Effective use of data and MVT (Multivariate Testing) to identify and enhance customer experience and business value, and measure and report on outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to frame complex problems and contexts to stakeholders and implementation team.
  • Ability to drive customer and commercial goals while balancing risk.
  • Collaborative approach to work with digital disciplines in designing and delivering high-performing and accessible digital products.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary between £40,000 - £60,000 National / £55,000 - £75,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
