We’re looking for a skilled digital content writer to join our talented team in Aviva’s Creative Hub for a 6-month FTC.
A bit about the job:
This role involves creating engaging, high-quality digital content that enhances customer experience and supports marketing success.
As part of Aviva’s Creative Hub within the Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with teams such as customer and marketing, SEO, and design to produce content for our website, campaigns, and email communications.
You’ll use customer insights to develop creative content that guides customers through the right journey at the right time, across the marketing funnel.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in copywriting, editing, or a degree in creative writing, journalism, or communications.
- Experience with digital content, publishing, or digital marketing environments.
- A quick learner capable of understanding various Aviva products and services, leading stakeholders effectively, and producing high-quality content within deadlines.
- Experience working in web, publishing, or digital marketing sectors.
- Experience creating content for the wealth market or financial services industry.
- Experience collaborating with UX teams, designers, and social media teams.
- Knowledge of Jira and Kanban project management systems.
