A bit about the job: You'll join our Security Design, Innovation and Enablement team, where we help people across Aviva deliver secure and resilient change. You'll work alongside architects, engineers, product owners and project teams to make sure security is built into solutions from the start. You'll be a trusted partner who helps teams manage risk, make informed decisions and deliver great outcomes for our customers. The role brings together security expertise, relationship building and problem solving. You'll be accountable for providing security guidance, supporting change programmes and helping protect Aviva's systems, data and services.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in cyber security architecture, security design, and risk management.
- Working knowledge of security, resilience, privacy, and data protection principles, supported by industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, or Cyber Essentials Plus.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting secure technology change, transformation programmes, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, or cloud security certifications.
