Commercial Team Manager
London OR Southampton – Salary - up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
Ready to take your insurance management career to the next level? We’re looking for a Commercial Team Manager to lead a dynamic and high‑performing team.
Based in Central London, managing a home‑based team located across the Thames Valley area, with brokers also concentrated in these areas. Regular travel to the Thames Valley Area will be required to support your team and broker relationships effectively.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Leadership & People Skills: Inspire, communicate clearly, listen actively, and negotiate effectively.
- Insurance Experience: Background leading teams within Insurance – an Underwriting background is preferred but other sector disciplines considered.
- Industry Connections: Strong relationships in the market and ability to leverage them.
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: Analyse risk and present solutions to brokers and clients with confidence.
- Love of Learning: Always curious, eager to learn and excited to improve and grow personally and professionally.

- Salary: up to £80,000 (based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
