The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

You get to lead a trading business with millions of customers across 3 brands. Personal Lines is a key part of the Groups capital light strategy. Continued profitable growth of Retail is crucial to Group performance. You will lead trading for 3 of our key Aviva brands - Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident. This means overall responsibility for trading strategy, products, pricing etc.

This role would suit an individual with the following skillset:

  • Excellent understanding of UK general insurance market with first class Commercial Performance Management.
  • First class Digital Customer Optimisation knowledge and Retailing nous.
  • Strong underwriting & pricing capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial focus.
  • Strong Negotiation management and external partner (PCW) relationship management.
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
  • Strong financial and statistical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging claims issues.
  • A good knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
  • Experience and understanding of risk management.
  • Skilful at advising and influencing senior management.
  • ACIII or Qualified Actuary.

This is a Certified Role and will be subject to enhanced screening procedures. There will be an on-going requirement for the role holder to maintain fit and proper status.
