We are recruiting for a Client Solutions Director to join our Distribution team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an understanding of the cash liquidity distribution landscape and the client needs within Asset Management.
A bit about the role: Reporting to the Head of Liquidity, you will drive new business growth across Corporate Liquidity clients in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland. You will build a strong pipeline, convert opportunities into mandates, and develop longâterm relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will deliver tailored liquidity solutions aligned to client needs, working collaboratively across Aviva Investors to achieve strong client outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of treasury, cash management and financial markets, alongside a proven track record in business development and sales.
Skills and experience weâre looking for:
- Strong understanding of the cash liquidity distribution landscape and client needs within your target segment
- Proven track record in business development or distribution within the money market / liquidity space
- Good understanding of investment products across public and private markets, with the ability to position solutions effectively
- IMC, CFA or CAIA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong client insight, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes and enhance the endâtoâend client experience
In this role youâll be âCertifiedâ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authorityâs Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that weâll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and weâll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain âfit and properâ and competent to carry out your role. Weâll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
