We are recruiting for a Client Change Manager to join the Aviva Client Change team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract within the wider Aviva Investors Insurance & Investment Solutions function. The role will support the delivery of change aligned to the strategic objectives and values of Aviva, working flexibly across the organization in line with the change roadmap and business priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multiple Client, Aviva Investors and third‑party stakeholders to manage the end‑to‑end shaping and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of multiple strategic, client‑impacting projects or workstreams, engaging business sponsors, stakeholders and third‑party partners to ensure successful delivery.
- It requires maintaining transparency of project status, proactively managing risks, and assessing changes to scope, timelines, cost and benefits, with clear escalation of issues and remediation options for decision‑making.
- The role also ensures business readiness and benefit realisation post‑implementation, while supporting governance forums and producing accurate, timely project documentation.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of asset management and operational processes.
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end change in complex environments, managing ambiguity, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experienced project manager with the ability to lead strategic, client‑impacting change across front, middle and/or back office functions – ideally with a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leaders and collaborating across regions and cultures.
- Proactive and delivery‑focused, with strong problem‑solving skills, risk management experience, and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). The role will involve regulatory background checks and annual fit‑and‑proper reviews.
