We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Major Loss team.
If you excel in planning and relationship management while providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!
A bit about the job:
You will provide vital administrative support to our Major Loss Field teams, playing a key role in the proactive and efficient support of Home Major Loss Claims. This position focuses on supporting the team throughout the claim lifecycle, ensuring key milestones are met, delivering excellent customer outcomes, help shortening claim lifecycles, and help with optimizing indemnity spend.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative duties, including coordinating instructions and on-site meetings with customers, third parties, and suppliers. You will handle phone calls from adjusters, customers, and suppliers, update claim files, arrange payments within the team\’s authority, assist with emails, and provide general IT support using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Good knowledge of Home Claims in general.
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, managing time, and organizing personal workload and priorities.
- Proficient in identifying and solving problems with experience in handling complaints.
- Capable of meeting customer needs effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external
