- Prepare accurate financial statements.
- Support audit requirements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Collaborate across the business to provide timely insights.
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd's/UK GAAP/IFRS reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience accounting for a Lloyd's Syndicate or group is preferred.
- Ability to manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Salary around £85,000 - dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
