A bit about the job:
This role sits within the Aviva Client Change team in Aviva Investors’ Insurance & Investment Solutions function. The team delivers strategic, client-focused change aligned to the objectives of Aviva’s UK and Ireland Insurance businesses. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent change initiatives, working across internal teams, third-party partners, and senior stakeholders. The role requires strong governance, risk management, and the ability to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation across complex investment management change programmes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change in asset or investment management environments
- Strong background in project management, business analysis, product delivery or change delivery roles
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex, fast-paced transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and third parties
- Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery challenges across the project lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing governance and reporting materials
