As a Major Loss Field Adjuster, you will manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and cost-effective resolution. This is a field-based role where you’ll be meeting our customers face-to-face. We are specifically looking for a professional residing in or around the North West/M62 Corridor area to service this region.
Responsibilities- Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost-effective resolution.
- Deliver Aviva’s promise of ‘With you today, for a better tomorrow’ and guide customers through stressful times.
- High-Value Claims Experience: Ideally, you have experience with claims around £100,000, but we’re happy to consider those with experience over £50,000.
- Professional Growth: Minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA is required; Dip CII is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing.
- Building Practices Insight: Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Competitive salary (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 8 % of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance)
