A bit about the job:

You’ll play a central role in keeping the CEO’s office running smoothly, helping us stay connected, informed and focused on the priorities that matter. Working closely with the Business Manager, you’ll manage workflows, coordinate activity across teams and prepare clear agendas, briefings and presentations that support confident decision‐making. You’ll help create an inclusive and collaborative rhythm for the office, making sure information flows effectively and people have what they need to deliver great outcomes. You’ll also look for ways to improve how we work, supporting a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement across Aviva Investors. Your work will help us deliver meaningful results for our clients, colleagues and communities.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality and handle all information with discretion and integrity, supported by industry experience within Asset Management/Investment Banking/Management Consultancy.
  • Confident problem‐solving skills to keep daily operations running smoothly, with a focus on process improvements and project management.
  • Strong discipline in tracking tasks, actions, and key deliverables, with comfort using structured processes and governance workflows.
  • Confidence and professionalism when working with senior executives, ensuring clear alignment of expectations and inputs.
  • Ability to develop detailed agendas and prepare high‐quality, insightful briefing packs tailored to senior‐level audiences.
