A bit about the job: You’ll join our technology team, where quality engineering is central to delivering reliable, resilient, and customer-focused digital services. As a Senior QE Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of quality engineers, ensuring robust testing strategies are embedded across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive a quality-first mindset and continuously improve tooling, automation and ways of working. You’ll be accountable for defining and delivering the QE strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes and supporting the successful delivery of key business initiatives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in quality engineering, testing or QE leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with modern testing approaches, including automation and CI/CD integration
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed quality-first practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve quality outcomes
