A bit about the job

In this role, you'll lead a large multi-year transformation programme focused on strengthening data and modelling controls across complex end-to-end Finance processes.

Working closely with Finance, Technology, Risk, Data and business teams, you’ll help improve control effectiveness, simplify delivery and support better business outcomes.

You’ll bring structure, pace and clarity to programme delivery, while encouraging collaboration and identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and improved ways of working where they add value.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Experience in Finance is essential, ideally within data, modelling, controls, AI or transformation programmes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programmes, including scope, plans, resources, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
  • Comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, with the judgement to apply the right level of governance and structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams and influence at different levels.
  • Curiosity and practical experience in using AI, automation or process improvement to increase efficiency and strengthen controls would be beneficial.
  • Professional qualifications such as Prince2, APM or PMI are desirable.
