In this role, you’ll be part of an experienced, supportive team where your expertise makes a real difference every day.
A bit about the job:
- You will review and approve financial promotions and other communications to a high standard, adhering to internal policy and ensuring the FCA and ASA rules are followed.
- As well as ensuring good outcomes for customers in the communications you review and approve, there must be a full and compliant record, including the appropriate evidence to support claims and other key stakeholders’ approval.
- You will have a lot of variety in the role due to the diverse nature of the products, journeys and mediums requiring approval, an ability to comfortably flex and pivot from very different types of communications is required, whilst following the agreed process.
- You will be working closely within an experienced Team, helping to maintain and enhance the training and guidance material used.
- You will be the first point of contact for a specific part of the business, providing guidance and training as required.
- Collaboration and relationship building with Customer & Marketing and Product owners is key, for an efficient and effective process.
- A modular and supportive training programme is in place to provide a solid framework for your onboarding/training to prove competency.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Detailed understanding of the FCA and ASA rules relating to Financial Promotions / Marketing.
- Knowledge of Life assurance, wealth, and retirement products/journeys is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work at pace, be flexible and resilient.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification attained in CII Financial Planning is preferable.

- Salary circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
