We are currently recruiting for a Change Transformation Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Delivery Change Delivery team, supporting transformation, governance and delivery excellence across our change portfolio. This role would suit someone with change delivery, transformation or continuous improvement experience, and a track record of improving processes and embedding controls.
A bit about the job:
- As the Change Transformation Specialist, you'll drive transformation and continuous improvement across MDDE Change Delivery, simplifying delivery processes, strengthening governance and supporting clear, consistent reporting.
- You'll improve frameworks, tooling and ways of working, helping teams adopt standardised practices and deliver more effectively.
- You'll support governance forums with concise reporting, clear decision-making and proactive risk and issue management.
- You'll ensure new delivery engagements are ready to move into delivery, with resources, costs, forecasts, plans and dependencies agreed before work starts.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll validate readiness, support mobilisation and ensure smooth transitions into delivery.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience in change delivery, transformation, continuous improvement or delivery excellence
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
- Experience improving delivery processes, governance, controls and ways of working
- Good understanding of delivery reporting, KPIs, risks, issues and governance forums
- Experience supporting mobilisation, resource planning, cost tracking, forecasting and delivery readiness
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.)
