Join us as a Content Production and Performance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences. You'll be at the heart of our content team, bringing ideas to life through visually engaging and impactful content, while supporting the entire production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Content Planning Lead, you'll ensure every piece of content is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Dive into performance insights—helping us understand what works, what doesn't, and how we can keep improving.
- Accountable for delivering the end‐to‐end workflow of content from production through to distribution; liaising with Investment Writers, stakeholders and colleagues across marketing where needed.
- Support the measurement and analysis of content performance, providing actionable insights for the wider Marketing team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience delivering content across multiple platforms and channels within Financial Services, including Social Media, Web, Email, Paid Media and SEO.
- Experience in content production, workflow and associated technologies (Workfront, AEM, Everviz etc).
- Experience managing content marketing and marketing automation with an emphasis on lead generation; strong planning and project‐management skills.
- Experience in data‐driven decision‐making and reporting on content performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, globally.
