About the role
Reporting to the Head of Liquidity, you will join as a Client Solutions Director, driving new business growth across Corporate Liquidity clients in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland. You will build a strong pipeline, convert opportunities into mandates, and develop long‑term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will deliver tailored liquidity solutions aligned to client needs, working collaboratively across Aviva Investors to achieve strong client outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of treasury, cash management and financial markets, alongside a proven track record in business development and sales.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the cash liquidity distribution landscape and client needs within your target segment
- Proven track record in business development or distribution within the money market / liquidity space
- Good understanding of investment products across public and private markets, with the ability to position solutions effectively
- IMC, CFA or CAIA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong client insight, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes and enhance the end‑to‑end client experience
In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
