This role acts as the analytical engine of change, translating business, customer and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful transformation across public and private market investment processes. The role is responsible for defining and shaping future‑state operating models and engineered processes that are efficient, well‑controlled, customer‑centred and aligned to strategic business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across investment, operations, technology, risk and compliance, the role ensures shared understanding, strong engagement and consistent alignment throughout the change lifecycle. It supports the delivery of solutions that drive meaningful business value, enhance organisational capability and improve investor experience across both corporate and retail channels, while upholding high quality and delivery standards to ensure all requirements are complete, traceable, testable and compliant with internal frameworks, enabling change to be delivered safely and effectively.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) can be advantageous, particularly in investment or financial markets roles.
- PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner (Not mandatory but useful in financial services transformation environments.)
- IMC (Investment Management Certificate)
- Scrum Product Owner / Scrum Master (optional but helpful for Agile delivery environments)
