This is a hybrid role where you will spend 50% of your time in the office in Liverpool.
We’re one of the UK’s leading insurance providers, working in partnership with Motability Operations to support more than 800,000 Motability Scheme customers across the UK. Our work helps deliver worry‑free motoring and peace of mind, providing a vital lifeline that enables customers to stay mobile and independent.
A bit about the job:
- Acting as the first point of contact for insurance customers via inbound calls
- Providing clear guidance, reassurance and support throughout service or claims journeys
- Recognising and responding appropriately to customers who may be vulnerable
- Using multiple systems confidently to manage customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining excellent customer outcomes
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A professional and articulate telephone manner
- The ability to assess situations quickly and adapt support to customer needs
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with a positive, team‑focused attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Good IT skills and confident using Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook and Word
Our Motability teams are available between Monday - Friday 8am and 7pm, Saturday 8am – 4pm. In these roles you'll work shifts across these days: we’ll share more about this during your application. Our hybrid model offers a ‘best of both worlds’ approach. When you’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 50% of their time in the office. Initial training will take place in the Liverpool office and may last up to a minimum of 12 weeks.
