A bit about the job
You'll lead one of our Commercial Property Claims teams, helping us deliver outstanding service to customers and brokers when they need us most. You'll support and develop a team of claims handlers, creating an inclusive and high-performing environment where people can thrive. Using data and customer insights, you'll improve performance and identify smarter ways of working. You'll work closely with colleagues across Claims and Commercial Lines to share best practice and deliver great outcomes. This role plays an important part in helping us provide excellent customer experiences while supporting Aviva's commercial ambitions.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including building effective broker and business relationships.
- Confidence using data and management information to improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence and engage others.
Nice to have:
- Commercial Property Claims experience.
- Experience managing technical escalations.
- Knowledge of broker-led distribution environments.

- Starting salary is competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
