Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Third-Party Property Handler to join our Damage team. This role involves managing a portfolio of Third-Party Property Damage (TPPD) Claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate handling in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Ownership: Manage a personal caseload of TPPD claims, taking full responsibility for progressing each case efficiently and effectively.
• Diary Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date diaries to ensure timely follow-ups, actions, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Call Handling: Respond to inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism, providing clear updates and guidance to customers, third parties, and other stakeholders.
