We’re looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone local with administration or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Procuring hardware and software for projects
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing
- Maintaining stock and inventory across departments
- Keeping clients and internal teams updated on deliveries
- Supporting process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives
- Assisting with occasional delivery driving when required
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Previous administration or logistics experience preferred
- Interest in technology is a bonus
