Responsibilities

Qualifications

Degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited) or a related discipline such as Construction Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Alternatively a postgraduate conversion MSc in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited) for candidates with a non‑cognate degree.

Genuine interest in working towards RICS chartership (APC).

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to prepare clear concise reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with clients contractors and colleagues at all levels.

A proactive detail‑oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to building surveying (e.g. AutoCAD Microsoft Office).
