Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of this market leading team, you will principally take responsibility supporting Associates, Directors and Principals to deliver projects by:
  • Undertaking viability and feasibility analysis and valuations across development and regeneration opportunities utilizing both Excel and software such as ARGUS developer.
  • Transactional support to cover both the disposal and acquisition of residential and mixed use opportunities (including soft market testing/ preparation of sites for market/ drafting brochures).
  • Raising your profile and that of the wider PLACE team with external and internal networking.
  • Undertake professional advice in respect of development appraisals, strategic advice and marketing strategies to generate consultancy income.
  • Advising Local Authorities, developers and landowners on affordable housing and S106 viability issues.
  • Assisting in providing strategic advice on delivery structures including development agreements and joint ventures.
  • Assisting with partner procurement processes on major residential-led mixed-use projects.
  • Assisting in project managing portfolio consultancy work.
  • Co-ordinating sub-consultants in the provision of technical survey and consultancy advice to support residential-led mixed-use projects.

Qualifications:

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor.
  • Experience within Development.
  • Strong understanding of the North West commercial property market.
  • Experience understanding viability and feasibility analysis.
  • Ideally RICS Registered Valuer - desirable not essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good team player.
