Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day case‑load management.
• Direct client liaison and reporting to ensure the smooth running of projects and to foster future client relationships and work generation.
• Straight‑forward and complex rent review and lease renewal negotiations, acquisition of additional lease rights negotiations.
• Town & Country Planning work including submission of planning applications.
• Telecoms portfolio property management.
• Mixed client case‑load.
• Graduate looking to start their RICS qualification or already working towards this as a clear objective or newly qualified surveyor with telecoms experience.
• Flexible and fast learning approach, confident and able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to juggle case‑loads and client demands.
