Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day case‑load management.
- Direct client liaison and reporting to ensure the smooth running of projects and to foster future client relationships and work generation.
- Straight‑forward and complex rent review and lease renewal negotiations, acquisition of additional lease rights negotiations.
- Town & Country Planning work including submission of planning applications.
- Telecoms portfolio property management.
- Mixed client case‑load.
- Graduate looking to start their RICS qualification or already working towards this as a clear objective or newly qualified surveyor with telecoms experience.
- Flexible and fast learning approach, confident and able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to juggle case‑loads and client demands.
