Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Head with team management and development
  • Identify new business development opportunities
  • Attend all regional business development meetings
  • Support Regional Head with financial administration for the region, including forecasting fee billing, cash collection and debt management to key targets
  • Manage all risks and compliance with Regional Head
  • Produce client reports (monthly/quarterly) and attend client meetings
  • Work with in‑house data teams to ensure lease data is up to date
  • Deal with occupier queries on rent, service charges and other management matters
  • Tenant liaison, including formal Landlord and Tenant matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and tenant applications
  • Liaise with building managers and FM team on day‑to‑day maintenance, repair and operational issues
  • Collaborate with sustainability team to ensure ESG best practice is adopted
  • Carry out regular property inspections
  • Set up new properties and instructions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment, ideally in a property management capacity
  • Strong desire to learn more about and gain experience in the property management sector
  • RICS qualification is desirable but not required for the right candidate
  • Experience with Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Excellent communication and client‑interfacing skills
  • Ability to fully integrate into the team
  • High degree of commerciality and experience of development business with existing clients
  • Experience in generating and securing business
  • Experience within a professional services environment and working with blue‑chip companies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with property management software including Voyager is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Excel and other IT platforms such as Power Point and PDF editor
