Responsibilities
- Lead and support building surveying projects, delivering accurate and timely reports.
- Engage with clients, contractors and internal teams to provide technical advice and solutions.
- Contribute to client relationships and business development initiatives.
- Take ownership of multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) or a related discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Alternatively, a postgraduate conversion MSc in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) for candidates with a non‑cognate degree.
- Genuine interest in progressing towards RICS chartership (APC).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging clients, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented approach, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with IT systems relevant to building surveying, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
