Responsibilities:
- Working in our Service Charge and Insurance Consultancy team reviewing occupier costs.
- Reviewing and analysing provisions within legal documentation.
- Analysing data from spreadsheets and other documents.
- Reviewing spreadsheets and documents to identify cost variances and reporting findings.
- Checking for recoverability of costs against legal documents.
- Chasing on open cases.
- Reviewing invoices and advising on payment.
- Amending systems in relation to payment information.
- Requesting data from third parties.
- Updating schedules and producing reports.
- Maintaining databases.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritise workload and time.
